Bakker Magnetics Eddy Current

The working principle of the Eddy Current separators is based on the difference in electrical conductivity of metals and non- metals.
In an Eddy Current separator, the conveyor belt conveys the product flow to a high speed magnet rotor with a large number of magnets “poled” in pairs.
The magnet rotor creates a rapidly changing magnetic field to weigh which ensures that non- metals are ejected from the product stream.
