Description Neuenhauser - separate star screen
Neuenhauser’s star screen is a separate unit installed on blocks. The oversize comes to the end of the star screen and the fine product falls underneath. We suggest placing the star screen as high as possible, so the screened material can be easily removed with a wheel loader, for example.
The Neuenhauser star bed is German-made and has a total screening length of 6 meters and a width of 1.5 meters. The star screen is equipped with 26 shafts that are fitted with steel discs, which provide screening from 0 to 80mm. To influence the result, the star bed can be placed at an angle of up to 5°.
