The ROCO RYDER 1500 in a robust mobile scalping screen. This scalping screen was created by combining experience and engineering. This is reflected in the design of the machine. The fine and middle fraction discharge belts both have a width of 900mm and fold over the machine. Next, we have the screening box.
At the beginning of the upper deck, we have an initial narrower net to absorb the impact of the material coming out of the bunker. Does the first section fold due to impact only a smaller part of the upper deck needs to be replaced instead of the entire first deck. The lower deck consists of 3 equal parts as standard. This makes for a better seeding. It also makes it easier to change the nets.
The coarse discharge belt folds upwards for transport and can be easily and quickly retracted hydraulically. By retracting this discharge conveyor, the ROCO SPRINTER 1500 shaker sieve can be set to 2 fractions in no time without dismantling any tyres.
The plug-in option gives you, the customer, the choices of running the machine via the generator or directly on the grid.
