Description Precimeca Mobile - tyre shredder
No other shredder achieves results like the Precimeca tire shredder does when it comes to tire shredding.
This all-electric tire shredder is specially designed for shredding tires to a specific size. The discharge conveyor is in direct connection with the shredding room so the hopper is never overloaded, which benefits the final product.
The screen under the rotors determines the size of the final granulate. The pieces that do not pass through the screen are returned to the shredding room via a return. By using this screen, the tire shredder can obtain the following sizes: 80x100mm or 50x80mm.
Unlike other shredders where the tires are pulled apart, so to speak, the Precimeca Mobile is equipped with two rotors with sharp blades which cut the tires into pieces.
The tire shredder is equipped with a water tank so a direct water connection is not necessary.
