Description Metso M&J 4000 - pre-shredder
A powerful pre-shredder that can be used to process various waste flows, that’s the Metso M&J 4000.
Biomass, wood, bulky waste, industrial waste, construction waste and solid waste. This pre-shredder has no problems with them.
The open cutting plate of the Metso M&J 4000 is equipped with holes through which stones and other hard metals can fall, thus providing extra protection for the rotors.
The two rotors equipped with 10 discs per rotor make this pre-shredder work aggressively to maximize efficiency.
A magnetic belt is installed as standard on the discharge conveyor of the pre-shredder.
