Features of the WOLF 9500 DT
Tiltable feed hopper
A generous hopper of approx. 11 m³ that tilts, for a continuous material feed and optimal use of the shafts.
Twin-shaft rotor
Working length approx. 2,500 mm, diameter approx. 950 mm. On reaching the preset maximum hydraulic pressure, the shafts reverse automatically with no operator input.
Extra-strong shaft housing
Heavy-duty construction that keeps running reliably in extreme conditions.
Two-piece discharge conveyor
A short belt beneath the shaft housing protects the main discharge belt. The long, hydraulically adjustable conveyor of approx. 1,400 mm wide builds high, clean stockpiles.
Ferrous metal separator
The height-adjustable overband magnet removes ferrous parts from the flow, giving cleaner output and less wear further down the line.
Simple controls
The IQAN control system reports faults as text messages and offers four pre-programmed, adjustable shredder settings. The machine is fully remote-controlled and remotely configurable.
Spacious engine compartment
Every component is easy to reach, which greatly simplifies daily maintenance and service.
