The Komptech Stonefex 3000E separator is specially designed for clearing stones from biomass.
The adjustment of the stone separator is based on 4 parameters:
1. The speed of the input conveyor
2. The strength of the blowing unit
3. The height of the plate
4. The strength of the extraction unit
Together, these parameters ensure that the final product can be made up to 95% stone-free. The extraction unit and airflow also make it possible to remove some of the lightweight materials such as plastics from your waste flow.
